1. Service Cancellation

  • Service bookings can be cancelled before the service professional is dispatched.
  • If a cancellation request is made after professional assignment, charges may apply.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service was cancelled within the allowed cancellation window.
  • Service could not be delivered due to unavailability of professionals.
  • Service quality issues verified after review by the MyDoorServe support team.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Service already completed successfully.
  • Customer unavailability at the scheduled service time.
  • Incorrect service details provided by the customer.
  • Last-minute cancellations after professional dispatch.

4. Refund Processing

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used.
  • For cash-based payments, refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

5. Rescheduling of Services

Customers may request service rescheduling based on availability. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible to avoid cancellation charges.

6. Service Partner Issues

In case a service professional is unable to reach the service location or complete the service due to operational issues, MyDoorServe will assist with rescheduling or provide a suitable refund where applicable.

7. How to Raise a Request

To initiate cancellation, refund, or rescheduling requests, customers must contact MyDoorServe support with booking details and relevant information. Requests without proper details may not be processed.
